ERC has provided benefits, payroll, and HR support (hiring, legal, etc.) to an HOA where I was vice president and later, treasurer. Their service is first rate , including advising clients on a variety of matters. Any small business with 10 or more employees would be well-advised to hire a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) like ERC to help and get excellent service and the best benefit rates around. Even though I'm no longer on the HOA board I've called ERC asking for advice on matters for other small businesses and they've always been helpful and friendly.

Employers Resources of Colorado is a one stop shop for all of our needs. We appreciate that they handle all of our workman's compensation, payroll, unemployment claims, insurance and benefits and have great resources for all departments. I really appreciate their wisdom and organization. They are always there for us. Any questions or concerns are addressed right away. Thank you ERC!

As an ex employee of one of the companies that use this service, let me say how utterly rude, condescending and unprofessional this whole office is, I don't care how badly one is in need of a job, if you see the letters ERC anywhere on the paperwork- run, don't walk, away as fast as you can, not worth it. Too bad I can't give negative stars.

This company is amazing! I was referred to them and when I called found that my headcount is still a bit low for them (10 employees is the minimum). After a pleasant overview of their offerings I was transferred to the owner of the Company Mark. Mark spent at least 30 minutes discussing my needs and their services, and he knew all along he was going to refer me else where. It was a true excellent customer service experience that I rarely find these days. While my intent is for my business to grow I look forward to the growth even more because I know these folks will be my service provider of choice! Mark and staff thank you so much and I look forward to working with you in the near future!
