I am waiting for my international background investigation,. I sent a copy from all my schools and phone number to contact them. I wondering how long will it takes! My last day of me current employer will be Friday. After read all these reviews here I am really worry about it! I suppose to starting the new job on September 23.

Only giving it one star because I cant give it zero. By far the worst customer care I've ever had. And by far the worst website I've ever used. Just awful.

Do not recommend using this company. VERY SLOW turn around time. Can take up to 30 days to complete a background check. Potential hires will have found another job before our background screening process is even completed!
