I have had many experiences over the years dealing with temp agencies, and I can't say I have ever had a "pleasant" experience. I always felt that they were not thorough in their methods of interviewing, or their placement methods. I have ended up in positions where I was either overqualified, or under. They practiced ethics of keeping an employee for their own benefits, and not for the best interest of the the end customer. Though I understand we are all in business to make profit, this always rubbed me the wrong way. I walked into Employment Options with the same expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough they were in their interviewing process; and how they were concerned at fitting a job for my needs. I felt that even though a staffing agency makes their living off of you being a temp, they were concerned with my long terms goals in mind. The company they placed me in ended up hiring me full time. I moved up in the company that ended up hiring me, and I am content at my position there. If you are looking for some assistance in finding employment that could be long term, or short, contact Employment Options!! I am now in charge of hiring for our company. When I started in this role, we used another agency. I quickly saw issues and called Employment Options to help us out.
