I received had excellent service here and was really impressed with everyone I encountered there. From the folks who helped us after waiting a short time to the people behind the desk who offered additional support for any future services. Their professionalism and kindness made my day so much easier.

I was surprised. In a good way. Had a question, could not get a hold of anyone over the phone. At the Center I've met Ingrid and Neil. They had answers, knew exactly what I needed to do. 50 minutes later I was done and my case resolved. Amazing.

I attended a mandatory orientation last week and was encouraged to learn about all of the resources available to those who are unemployed. Darren was the facilitator and Gabrielle counseled me. I'm grateful for the information provided.

The reasons I gave it three stars is because of the hassle with looking for parking. There is a paid parking deck around the corner but the lot is full most of the time.I didn't have to wait to see someone I was assisted as soon as I sat down. I'm not sure why I can't get through when I call at 8 am which is the time the call centers open.Most of the people on the phone try to talk over you and don't give much details about your claim, they seem overworked and is very hastily to get off the phone .

I visit this office on 7/11/17 I was given my ticket told to have a seat until called. My ticket was called as I approached the window Marge said Good Morning,how can I help you? Marge was Friendly,Knowledgeable and Pleasant. I greatly appreciate the service Marge gave me. P.Brown

very slow and a 3hr wait on the phone workers seem like they couldn't care less......Need more people to answer the phone 3 hrs is unacceptable

Horrible customer service, called to ask about office hours then got an attitude and he kept telling me to do it online when I'm not able to since I don't have a jersey state Id. They should update that system online for exiting service members
