Been trying to call for 4 days, can never get anyone to answer the phone or call me back.

TERRIBLE! I'm actually here right now. I am just here to get fingerprints done for my handgun carry permit. The lady was late walking into the office. Didn't even awknowledge me. Sat down and got on the phone. Went out to the hallway and was chatting away with her friends.... Came back and STILL hasn't acknowledged that I'm even here waiting! My appointment was at 11 and I arrived 10 minutes early. It is now 11:40!!! Terrible place.

The person taking the urine samples is incredibly rude and unapproachable She has a really bad attitude! Dealt with her twice both times she showed annoyance and anger (ie sighing loudly & slamming used urine cups down) both times when I used a napkin to carry sample to her and again to sign samples she (using a very rude tone and attitude) tells me urine will not hurt me. My response was pointing at her gloves I don't want urine on me any more then she did. And the slamming began again! Completely unprofessional and rude. I kept my cool if she'd splashed urine on me I'm not so sure I could've. On a side note we had to wait for her a couple times while she was texting
