I can't believe they have a rating as high as 4.2. I have been an employee for 2 years and have had to call them several times . I never get a live person . I just get voice mail recordings that a leave numerous messages, never one time has anyone ever called me back. Horrible just plain horrible customer service. Its extremely frustrating. If i could leave zero stars i would. Go take a look at thier yelp reviews 2 stars its a more acurate description of what you get when dealing with these people
