So it appears to me they only respond to positive reviews. We purchased 5 years of updated QB subscriptions and technical support for $1595 in 2017. Recently tried to reach them for the updated version of QB, 2018. Guess what , cannot reach them at any # available. Maybe if they followed through on my purchase I could write something positive. Until then, this company is a scam and should be help responsible in a court of law, possibly jail!

I recently purchased a new computer because my older one had crashed. I downloaded Quikbooks and attempted to load my company file which I had saved on a zip drive. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my username and was unable to access my date. The technician who helped me was a marvel. He was able to access my data and reset my username. thank you so much. I don't know what I would have done without the assistance.

This company has been non responsive to my calls and have promised a refund of monies I paid for an order I canceled and they have not refunded the money nor do they call or email back. Don't do business with them!!!! I am retired and live on Social Security and cannot afford this loss but these folks care not about customers. Horrible customer service....but wonderful customer disservice!!!!
