I appreciate that while the first position we spoke about didn’t work out (company promoted from within), he stood in touch and reached out about a new opportunity not long after. If I could give lower stars, I would. I've heard mixed things about Ethan Allen. I figured I would experience it for myself.I was asked to come in and I was there for a few hours. Yes they did ask me to come in a little early for forms and paper work, but what they didn't specify that you will be there a good 3 1/2 hours watching videos about harassment and workplace safety, and taking quizzes. The woman, I think her name was Jenna, wasn't very helpful either.... I recommend taking business to other staffing agencies.

Finding a job in a specialized industry is tough. It’s even more challenging to find the right job close to home and with a company that suits your expectations in the areas of growth, work environment, culture and good people. I’ve been working with Mr. Antonio Triolo who was able to get me a job interview at one such company. I’ll find out soon whether or not I landed the job. However, my experience with Tony has been nothing short of top-notch professional. Everything from the initial interview, and desire to match me with a job that aligned with my skill set and goals, to the consistent communication and follow-ups before and after the interview has been wonderful. It’s clear Ethan Allen is not a simple placement agency, but a company that cares about going the extra mile to help you land the next great role in you career.

Relocating from 5+ hours away is stressful enough, but finding a new job can be the most stressful aspect. Luckily I was able to get in contact with Tony Triolo at Ethan Allen to discuss what I was looking for in my next position. Tony exhibited extreme professionalism and kindness from the moment we first spoke on the phone, additionally keeping me properly updated throughout the entire process - making it completely stress free. Tony and the other team members at Ethan Allen were able to find me a position to match my background, and that will further enhance my skills.
