i had been going there for 3 years but last year my return was audited. I filed my return in february, and was asked for additional information in march. Then I couldn't find out anything for months. I left numerous messages at Ethan Sawyers but no-one ever returned my calls until May when a secretary lm saying i would get a letter. Nothing ever came, i finally got my return in june. very stressful. i am in my seventies and the only difference in my return that year was that i worked less hours and was entitled to a larger refund. i am switching to another firm in Melrose. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. I still don't understand what the issue was.
