I hired Everett Law after meeting with them and feeling confident about my case. After hiring them and getting my case started, I found them to be very unprofessional. Everett took my money with very little results. Upon hiring Tyler as my attorney, I found I had no legal defense. If the opposing party threatened something, my lawyer would turn that threat towards me. I was threatened with lies on multiple occasions. There was a conflict of interest that my lawyer should have notified me of, however, I was informed of the conflict of interest after hiring the firm by a third party. When bringing this up to my lawyer, I was told it is a small town and the conflict would not be a problem. With the “legal defense” I was given, the rude treatment I received, it was obvious the conflict had definitely become a problem. After many issues arising from my lawyers office, I found new counsel. I primarily dealt with the legal assistant only, and when I received my final bill, I was billed for lawyer fees instead of legal assistant fees.
