Overall Feedback:

I cannot recommend this place. I hired them to do my bookkeeping since June 2018 and they just did not reconcile the expenses correctly. I had to hire somebody else to re-do my bookkeeping because I wasn't aware that they use quickbooks enterprise and you can only transfer the information to another quickbooks enterprise! (I guess it's my mistake for not knowing!) My new bookkeeper found several errors and notified me that my payroll taxes hadn't been fully paid for last years quarter! I owed the IRS $900+ and shortly afterwards I did receive a letter from the IRS requesting that payment! I also decided to let Exacta do my 2018 taxes and I just wish I hadn't. I went one day and we started the tax return. I was missing like two things so I had to come home and send them the information but we had already discussed the refund amount and the new information wasn't going to change it by much. I requested an emailed copy and everything seemed fine. When I went to go pick up a paper copy my refund was totally different! When I called to try to find out what happened they just seemed like they didn't want to help! I decided to go again and they gave me another copy with a different amount! They told me that she had somebody else from another branch to look over them and that they had taken off some information and then added it back again but that the last copy was the one that was accepted by the IRS! Until today I have not received my refund because the IRS is still reviewing it! My new bookkeeper after re-doing 2018 again has given me the correct information and now I have to amend the 2018 tax return but I can't amend it until the IRS finishes reviewing the first one! This has been such a headache! They are very friendly and nice people but as far as bookkeeping and tax preparations I would never recommend them to anybody else. I truly hope that this doesn't happen to anybody else!!
