I also applied for a part time NP job and was called in to interview for the one job I applied for. When I went to the interview the woman told me that job wasn't available but she had this great job working with the hospitalist at the hospital and it would be night shift. Not even close to what I was looking for, such a waste of my time.

I had interviewed roughly a month ago with the employment center and at a Excela location. Today, I got a call offering me a full time position but it was not the job I had applied for. I asked a ton of questions so the woman said she would have someone else call me. That lady called me asked questions then asked to call me back. That lady did not call me back but the one ( Heidi I believe did ) She told me that they had the wrong name and I was not offered the position. I get that people make mistakes but you all screwed up when my mom interviewed as well. You have no idea how excited and blessed I thought I was to be offered a full time position then find out it was taken away by someone who didn't pay attention and called the wrong candidate. This was unacceptable and the person who called me needs to be held responsible for this so called mistake. I was then told to go back online and apply for other jobs. That is not gonna happen. If anyone reading this has applied through excela, don't waste your time. I have had numerous people warn me that they don't call people back, well they did but took away the job they offered me. Stay clear of this place!
