I'm glad that most reviews for Express are positive ones, but I had nowhere near the same experience. I walked into the Portland office to seek employment (which was a great experience!) and was told that I'd be kept in touch. However, after not a single call or email, I was then contacted a week later by another recruiter asking to be a resource for me as if I never signed up with them. I played ball and told them what I told my first point of contact.Again, no contact for another week until ANOTHER call by ANOTHER recruiter asking to help me find employment. By this time, I was fed up. I told them I no longer wanted to be contacted as it seems nothing is being done. Finally, just today, I received an email from a recruiter in the Vancouver office saying that "although you no longer wanted to be contacted, I do have a position you might be interested in", so apparently my wishes to not be contacted just didn't matter. Again, I'm happy that people are finding work through Express, I just wish I had the same level of professionalism and competency that many claim they received.
