This company improperly imputed my my info on my federal taxes, creating a large amount owed on my taxes! I’m already a low income parent. When I informed them of the issue they told me it was my fault they put 6 instead of 1 for me to claim in my taxes!

Website only operates during business hrs And when used during business hours website says no Associates available try again later . This app sucks

I spend more time managing these people than I did managing my own employees when our HR was in house! Employees are unresponsive, accusative, and just generally disinterested. 2 months in and we still don't have a working HR portal. What a sham.
