I spoke to Balem and Jessica, youd think if someone is calling about a serious work injury the person would be personable and kind. She was condescending and told me she didnt need to hear my whole story and cut me off several times. I understand her not needing to hear the whole story, it is not what you say, it's how you say it.Today I believe Jessica called me back to follow up with the call from the day before because I posted a complaint on facebook, and she was even more rude, didn't apologize and made excuses for Balem. When I asked if I could just speak to Barry Personally she told me he cant take my case for a personal reason? Told me they wouldnt take it at all, or even explain to me what type of cases they take. I got carbon monoxide poisoning from comos, and they're holding my last paycheck! Why wouldnt you want to help? I would not reccomend this place to anyone, they're secretarys are extremely rude, I hope they have a better day tomorrow.
