I’d posted this review previously, prior to the firm’s name change.I cannot stress this enough: Barry Fagan, principle attorney of Fagan McManus, P.C. ...of all of my dealings I have no hesitation in recommending his outstanding ethics and services. When wrongdoing has been done in to you, in your employment against companies that have unlimited funds to scare you off, challenging them for their wrongdoings.My name is Bernard Solomons. I'm not one to write reviews, nor in the habit of having legal issues with employers. I worked for a global company and sold their product for over 45 years. But when wrong evil mean and unethical things are done to employees (which happened to me), then employees should take corrective legal action to put these companies in place.I used Mr. Fagan to take this action justifiably.I found them to be most professional in all aspects of helping me with my matter. They were concise and precise in their advice, to the highest standard of any attorney firm I've ever dealt with in matters of law.The highest praise I can give was timely return of my phone calls and thorough explanations of each step and process I needed to go through to make my action successful - with great results - in the wrongdoing of my employment.Again I have no hesitation in highly recommending this firm.-Bernie Solomons
