Overall Feedback:

This program is a shame. Complete waste of time. It took 3 in person visits just to schedule an appointment. Then drove to appointment just to find out that it was cancelled. 3 months wasted. As a taxpayer I’m very upset that county and fed gov spends money on it. Must me closed or revamped.
