I've been a member of the New Hope Farrell's for over 3 years. I joined after I tried a Friends and Family class as I was looking for something different than a standard gym. During my 10 weeks, I had an amazing coach, met incredible people and found strengths I didn't realize I had. I learned how to get outside my comfort zone and reach new limits I didn't think were possible with my workouts. As I developed friendships with those around me, I realized everyone is constantly advocating for others success. The positive energy along with upbeat instructors make coming to class something to look forward to instead of a chore. Farrell's New Hope is the type of place where you walk in unknown but leave as family. The members are what make the gym special and the workouts are what make it fun! I would recommend any one to try a class and see what kicking/punching a bag can do for them!
