I'm so frustrated with this place. I get random and annual drug screenings for work and I've been going here. They've botched TWO out of SIX of my drug tests by either not getting the right initials or not sending in the COC form. Then I have to go take the test again. Drug tests are a big enough pain as it is to have to go do them twice! Now I'm locked out of a facility for work until I can get another place to administer the test and chop off MORE of my hair without screwing up the paperwork. So damn frustrated...

Chris is the new owner of the place, very great guy. If no one else is in we talk a lot about other things in life. He cares about people on the personal side which most places don't.

Don Taylor is not only kind, but highly professional. He completed a complicated order for a US Coast Guard Drug Test within one day, and kept my employers informed throughout the whole process. It was so helpful to have someone who cares very much help out with this essential step to employment. Highly reccommended.

He coordinated with another lab in a different state to ensure the tests were done properly and produced accurate results.
