I was really impressed with the intial walk through and how The process was explained to me step by step. However I was hesitant on giving this review because my case is a little unique. Once we found a tenant, we agreed to let our tenant pay on the 15th. Which, understandably, you did not have a system in place for tenants who pay after the 1st. You promised us that tenants were screened but totally missed the fact that the tenant’s brother was going to be the primary resident. We had to sign an amendment to allow the brother to stay. So far the tenants pay on time but that situation was the first thing that had me question the trust of this company with my home. In addition, I think if it was explained to me that the checks were not deposited right away that we would have made a different decision. So currently, our tenants pay on the 15th it is now the 29th and If our tenant paid, we have not received any notification or invoice about payment. Not sure if that is customary or true. I find it a little disturbing that within this timeframe you have some how found the time to send me several request for this review. Well here you go. I hope this helps for the future.
