Kimberly is excellent when it comes her knowledge about taxes. I recently had issues with one of the states refunding me an incorrect amount. Upon briefing Kim, she took swift action and helped me file an amendment and made sure I get the accurate refund. Highly recommended! Update (2019) - Kimberly has continue to be amazingly diligent at what she does and has once again been instrumental in a complex refund process.

Walked in last night not knowing Kimberly at all. Left having a very good friend do our taxes. Her advice, her consultation, the atmosphere of the place, the aroma of the place. Needless Tothe say it was a stress-free and wonderful few hours we spent going over our complicated taxes. We will be back again next year to have our friend do our taxes!!
