I HAD to write a review. I have found that only miserable unhappy reviews seem to get posted on service businesses and reading the negative reviews below, can't be true because I have worked with the company for years. I am an entrepreneur, so I am tolerant of disruptive businesses models trying to figure it out. This is not a Tax Return company, although they do, do tax returns as a service that is included, but I have saved over $100k in taxes since being a client! I can tolerate a lot for that! This year was rough for them, but the CEO personally called me, explained what was going on and why and what he was doing to fix it, and the regular communications from the company indicate they are on top of it! They have a service that does not exist at scale anywhere in the country and I can tell they are growing fast. Growing pains are to be expected. A personal call from the CEO of a company this size is unheard of, I will remain a long time member of the Tax Operating System and look forward to what is to come! Keep up the good work!
