I had a great experience with First Call Staffing. I had recently moved to the L.A. area and was desperately looking for work. I had been through multiple interviews at various staffing agencies and none of them seemed to be the right fit. I felt like they were over selling me and my experience. One of the larger agencies, who I interviewed with 5 times over a month, was blatantly asking me to lie on my resume. I was not comfortable with this so I kept looking for someone to help. I met with Marsha on a Tuesday, she was very kind and accepting of my experience as it were. By that Friday I was on my first interview, I had a second interview with the same company on the next Monday and I was offered a job. Marsha was very straight forward and did not make any promises to my employer that I could not back up. Four months later I have been taken on as a full time employee by the company that I was placed in, it was a perfect fit. I appreciate how First Call operates, straight forward. I never imagined being placed so quickly. Thanks for everything.
