Needs to get with the times and have an online application process. Having to print, fill out paperwork and meet a recruiter in a fast food parking lot without them even leaving their vehicle is a bit suspicious.They got me an interview which went well and the person interviewing me welcomed me aboard.The recruiter called me to go for drug test somewhere not near my home and I needed to get transportation so I told him I would call him to let him know when I could get there. He then text me and told me the position was closed and dont bother with the drug test.Unprofessional and weird SOP.
