Overall Feedback:
Upon interview with the owner/recruiter of a sourcing company. I received lack of professionalism. I was told by interviewer that a decision for a job opportunity will take a week and to call otherwise. Recruiter never answered my emails, calls and/or return voicemails, after the interview. I decided to text during week 2 and a half the response "no update". I then wait until week 4 via text for an update, the response "The client has went with someone and I will send an email this week". I reply thank you. On week 5 and a half I finally got the declined email, in which the recruiter replied from the thread of emails I've sent previously.I am not upset on not getting the role (some are just not in the cards). I am upset on the lack of professionalism, time management and integrity. I have been a Recruiter before and it doesn't feel good to decline an individual, but I rather keep my word and response to emails than to possibly prolong a candidate for nothing. Thank you.
