The staff was great to work with and they gave me the opportunity to work for some of the best employers the area. It's very helpful to experience what it's like to work somewhere before you commit to working directly for them. Why risk having blemishes on your resume/work history by committing to a direct hire when you're not familiar with the culture of the company?
