Please avoid him at any cost . I never had a very complex return and went for his advice due to some issues with my prior year return and as he was a fellow alumni . What I encountered was phones not answered , no timelines for filing and going back on words after payment has been made . I would have never approached him if I had known about this ordeal earlier . An update : I probably called him twice during the entire tax season and was always met with cold rude response without any solid information . When I followed up after a month about my return , he drops me an email stating that he has forgotten about my issue and then in an subsequent email states that I have been hounding him 30 times in a month . Please avoid him at all costs .

My father had gone and had our taxes done for the family and paid for the service. We got calls a few days after asking about payment, we stated that we already paid. My father says he was not given a receipt by the elderly lady that took his money. I'm stuck at work most of the time and could not go with him to resolve it, he said they made a scene and he had to pay again. Absolutely dreadful.

The best care for my personal corporation, LLC, personal taxes and my two daughters for a few years. Frank is knowledgeable in all aspects of taxes and law, and has the best price for his great service. When I went to see a lawyer regarding my situation, I did not get as good advice as how to resolve the issue than Frank gave me. I have never found anyone better, and I wish I met him 20 years ago. He is young, has a superb education, and has a proper, lawful outlook on taxes. There is no better CPA than him.

pro: friendly con: we were caught by his professional advertisement and his goal of professional service . unfortunately we are so disappointed by his inexperienced and reckless services . he is a friendly guy but absolutely not a professional accountant .DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PERIOD
