Overall Feedback:

After years of using Flower City was shocked and extremely disappointed last year. My husband and I knew we were going to have to pay that wasn’t the issue we just never have had to pay and did not understand the process. After our taxes were processed we did not have correct paperwork (We did not know at time) Not only was the person who answered the phone rude she was extremely unhelpful .we pay a lot of money for their services every year. I tried to get a hold of somebody else because I unfortunately spoke to this person two different times and same results. In closing my rant we had to pay $100 in UNNECESSARY penalties with IRS & was confirmed they did not provide correct paperwork .
