Visited this place 3 weeks ago, shortly/right around the the tax deadline...last minute, that's because I was out of country prior. First of all, they didn't have any customer at the time but were asking if I had an appointment. The lady tells me she'll see me in a few. Rearranges her books and sees me. Not very welcoming. Anyway I don't care about that much, she looked at my docs but apparently I had 2016's tax docs. I hadn't realized that so I told her I was going to ask my employer to resend/email my tax docs for 2017. She was more concerned about telling me to book an appointment next time instead of telling me or advising me to file an extension at that time, being that it was the deadline. No advise whatsoever & even though she started "book an appointment next time" just outright unwelcoming, She made no attempt to make suggestions of availability. But the worst is she didn't know or didn't want to suggest to file an extension. That's supposed to be your tax professional/representative?!... that you're paying to do your taxes?! Maybe she didn't care for my business or her job in general, I don't know but I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you're playing dominoes with your taxes & want to give your business to a business that doesn't care about customer service or their credibility, go ahead.
