Overall Feedback:

We have used this company two times to close on property and both times they have dragged their feet. They are gone for days at a time and refuse to stay any later than their "regularly scheduled working hours" to complete a sale. Making money is definitely not a priority for these guys but luckily there is another title company that does fast efficient closing and is also in George West, Live Oak Title Company. I would suggest using them if you want to close in a timely fashion. They were very polite and even came to us to facilitate a closing.
