I was interviewed at Frankel Staffing by Samantha. She was very professional and she submitted me for a position that was suppose to be a temp to perm position. i interviewed with the company and I was offered the position. After working with the company for 4 weeks, I had a 30 day review with my supervisor who provided me with excellent feedback and told me I was doing an excellent job and learning the information quickly. Exactly 2 weeks later, I received a call from Samantha at Frankel Staffing, Approx 30 mins after I had gotten off work, and was told that the company has decided to end my assignment, When I ask what the reasoning was, i was told by Samantha that the company stated I wasnt learning the info as quickly as they had hoped. When I explained to Samantha that their reasoning was a contradiction to what I had been told by the company 2 weeks prior, she replied that "it does not make since and this in no way shape or form effects my relationship with Frankel Staffing." It's been almost 2 months and i have never heard anything else from Samantha or Frankel Staffing. I have since then moved on and looking for work with another agency who has been absolutely wonderful. Although Samantha was a very kind and professional recruiter, I feel as though she should have pressed the company for a more efficient reason for my assignment ending. I don't think I will ever use Frankel Staffing again because they have shown me that they really don't care about their recruits.
