Robert handled my condo sale tax refund and returns professionally. He was very responsive and transparent. He was also accurate and precise with dates and money amounts. Robert is also very knowledgeable of the law and resourceful when it comes to sale of property owned by a non-US individual. The only change that I hope to see is there be a contract between Freedomtax and the client instead of basing the relationship entirely on email and phone communications. I conveyed this suggestion to Robert and he was receptive and expressed willingness to consider it in the future. All in all, my experience has been positive and I would return to Freedomtax for future business and recommend to friends.
