WARNING WARNING WARNING!! Do not use Robert Frueh CPA unless you want your taxes filed wrong, year after year of penalties and his office unwilling to reimburse or take responsibility for the consistent and constant misfilings. His office has forgotten to file my sales tax numerous times, has filed it incorrectly, costing me over $8,000 in penalties and fees which his office admitted to in writing, I have been audited by the IRS due to him filing my returns incorrectly and most recently, I have found out that he misfiled a joint return from 2014 where he didnt report my income in NJ to NY state where my ex wife worked and they have filed penalties and interest against me in excess of $1,000. Every time I think his mishandlings are over, another one comes back to bite me. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
