The job I'm @ now is great. Good home time great pay. Exactly What I was looking for. Fundamental is a great company to work for. At first I was sent 2 hours away I spoke to the driver manager and within a short period of time something opened up with in 45 min from my home. They work with you and what your looking to do. Nothing is forced on you. If things continue to work out the way they have been i.e having the family time which can be hard to come by in the trucking industry . With me family time is more important then money but with fundamental i'm getting great pay plus being there for my wife n kids. Looks like I'm going to be here for many years to come.

They’re a temporary service for CDL drivers. They don’t take taxes out your check. They expect you to work 24/7/365+ for them. GET A REAL JOB and leave them alone!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think this is a bad company I just don't believe they have there drivers back fully. I was accused of hitting someone and even after asking them to investigate bc I knew I didn't do it they came back and told me I hit a tree or something like that. The situation begin with someone saying I hit there mirror but I got fired for hitting a tree (in Manhattan) out of all places where their are no trees. I'm not sure as to there motive behind why they really fired me but none of it made sense. I however don't think they're bad people or a bad company to work for.
