I only put one star because you have to put at least one star to submit a post review to Furst Staffing. If i could I’d put zero. Hi my name is Kyle and one thing i can say is that there is always one person at this staffing agency that is looking forward to helping a job-seeker. Unfortunately, I personally feel like the people that are working hard at this job are the ones that remain busy rather than looking busy. If you have any disorders or anything of the such sort. Don’t let it be known to them unless necessary. I was laughed at, not took serious, and also had some rude things said to me about having ADHD. Leaving me feeling both distraught and ridiculed for the fact that it was from both the staffing agency and the company they had my assignment on. In which, When I discussed it among furst staffing they said “finish up your first week and touch base with us to let us know if anything changes in terms of how the employees at Mondelez treat you since you don’t want to directly address the problem we won’t notify them until further notice.” So i went to work and most of the people i worked with already knew about the situation where an employee made fun of my disorder. But, My Team Lead then called me the “snitch” at work. Which then led to a couple people purposely not showing me how to do my job when i was in training. Overall, I just want Furst Staffing to be more courageous for their employees so they can truly feel like their cared about because not many people are willing to stand up for others when it doesn't affect them. If it concerns them they will reach out as it is their job too and it potentially affects their position. Furthermore, Do not get yourself on Pam’s bad side. It will only leave you being unemployed by the agency and helpless to any questions you have to ask. So if you plan on working here, Always put your best foot forward because i did the best i can do with good attendance, work history, and recommendation for re-hire when work is needed from Mylan Inc. But even that didn't get me very far. So make sure your took as serious as possible and don't give any reason for them to ridicule you. Show them your there for work and only that.
