Horrible. I talked to Pam about a month ago,and suggested a Job at mondelez,she said because of my background they may not accept me,and that there was another factory in the area,over by Riverside and forest forest hills,except it was on Riverside a few blocks if I go right onto Riverside from forest hills,and that she would look into it and let me know,I never heard anything back. I had a few things in my personal life that set me back,so a couple weeks passed by,I finally called back they said Pam talked to me, something about my background,but they weren't sure,Pam was busy. I left a voicemail for pam.like two days ago.she finally call me back a few minutes ago and says she discussed the background thing with me, because I had asked her well what exactly in my background popped up that stopped me from working?, Then she tells me to go on the website and if I see a company I might like to apply....ok well what's the point of the agency if I'm literally the one doing all the work? Aren't they supposed to find me work? Not me find work and them get a cut out of my checks..
