After receiving a judgement from the Office of the Attorney General Division of Consumer Affairs, I proceeded to try and convert it to lien. Overwhelmed with researching case law and venue to file paperwork with the proper court, I decided to get help even though the matter was a summary action and thought it was going to be easy. While researching statutes in AVVO, I came across Melissa's profile which included debt collection. She sat down with me and reviewed all of my paperwork. She prepared all my documents and filings. Throughout the whole process while working my case I felt very comfortable. She embraced my case as if she knew me my entire life. I was especially impressed with knowing this firm doesn't just work 9 to 5 , but would get calls and messages on evenings and weekends tirelessly working on my behalf. The attorney for contractor attempted to make the matter more difficult than need be which in turn made more unnecessary work for her (sorry Melissa) and increase his billing time for his client. Ultimately, through due diligence and her work she successfully had my Judgement confirmed and recovered almost all of my legal fees. Gencarelli + Rimassa= RESULTS! We could not be happier!
