I was a client of General Bookkeeping in 2012 and I reached out regarding a follow up matter and Julie Tote blatantly lied to me that she made an effort to solve a problem I had because she was the account manager on the payroll at the time. I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star to them because the service they provide is embarrassing. They destroy records of clients which is a terrible practice. They don’t answer calls, don’t respond to texts and lie when they do. The service is an absolute joke!
