Overall Feedback:

This company is not transparent with their business transactions. I received a $400 bill for services that were not fully explained to me. I was charged 20% of some unknown amount for WOTC services. I have on several occasions attempted to reach out to them explaining that I do not want this service or need it and will not use the service. They threatened to take me to court and to send me to collections if I didn't pay it. Beware if you receive a WOTC tax credit from this company as they will process it and invoice you for it years later without your approval. It's all about the money for this company. Buyer Beware!! Do not trust them.
