The worst staffing agency. One star is not even deserved. Integrity is not a normal business practice.This organization lies, communicates via text message, will not e mail (even upon request), treats their "employees" with great disrespect, and does not follow BOLI rules and regulations. Oregon sick time law REQUIRES employers to provide a notification (even if it is quarterly) to their employees about their sick time accrued and balance, GLISS does not do this. GLISS retaliates when employees request sick time and will refuse to put them to work if sick time is requested. The worst experience ever and I would not recommend this agency to job seekers or employers. To employers: Using this agency will definitely put a bad mark on your reputation. There are better agencies out there, I would highly recommend you find someone else.
