I am extremely disappointed with this umbrella company. Each week they charge 10% of my salary just for use their services. I am determined to stop using them. I don't recommend to anyone to use their services otherwise you will pay a high price.

Anyone who reads this .... Please STOP using this company. I have had over 3 times more tax taken out of my pay than i should have paid. This company are a nightmare to deal with as they dont understand tax and are generally too lazy to address problems. The only way I managed to resolve this was to get 2 years worth of pay independently audited by a tax accountant and spend 6 months with HMRC. It has cost me a fortune.....but i have just had a whopping cheque refund from the tax office!! :) I am going to enjoy an extended 5 month holiday on the proceeds.
