Yesterday I was unable to cerify for my unemployment online. They system tild me to contact my local office. I called and left a detailed message. No one returned my call. Day 2, same results. I also tried reaching another department. Now I must drive 30 minutes to speak with someone in person.

I lost my job in December 2018. If that experience was not bad enough the worst part of the whole situation was having to deal with Griffin department of labor. They are very unprofessional The process is not made clear and the ladies at the front desk are just rude. The only people that make you feel comfortable are the security guard I hope I never have to contact this office again!

After having dealt with the Clayton county office, the Griffin office was EXTREMELY helpful and able to resolve all issues that I experienced. They have always answered the telephone and they always return my call in a timely fashion.
