I am happy with the rehab I am getting and with everybody. All staff is very helpful. All staff push me to do my best so I can improve my health. I acknowledge Rehab team (Wilson) and social worker Mr. Rodriguez for their support. Nursing is excellent too. I recommend this facility to everyone.

Love this place! It will be a year that my mother is in this nursing home and I feel blessed.In the last nursing home my mom was constantly ill or being sent to the hospital or drugged out. Here they do not over drug the patients. Always smelling clean and the actual center could not be cleaner. The ladies who feed her take their time and feed her until she is done. I have walked in at any time during lunch or dinner and I see them feeding her. The girls in the lounge where they spend most of their day are excellent. They do her nails, keep me updated on her day when I go. They always have activities and bring people in for entertainment and celebrate all the holidays. I have no complain about this nursing home. All the staff are exceptional. The Aids, the nurses, the wonderful Rehab area and their staff to the administration that call me for anything.

This is truly an excellent facility. Treating patients with love and respect at a time when they need it the most, this goes to all their staff from the moment we arrived. Mom is constantly telling me how happy she is and how she has also enjoyed the facilities garden where she enjoys suns warmth..Needless to say we as a family have also been treated with kindness, making our visits so much enjoyableManagement should be very very proud with all their staff for how they make Glades West feel like a home, thank you.

Las CNAs son muy profesionales y el personal de enfermeria es muy bueno, la muchacha de actividades en el segundo puso(Vivian) es muy amable, siempre tienen muy buenas actividades y todo el tiempo esta al tanto de las necesidades de Los pacientes. La muchacha de restorativo(Lisset) siempre esta pendiente si los pacientes necesitan ayuda, es muy amable con nosotros Los familiares. Los terapistas son exelentes, lo mejor de lo mejor.

Glades West has been a God send. The staff is like family, they treat my grandmother with kindness, and dignity. We sleep better at night, knowing that Natasha, Milagros, and Vivian are there to watch over her.

Everyone at Glades West has been excellent in caring for my mom during her rehabilitation. The facility is clean, comfortable and very well decorated. The staff is very helpful and someone is always available to answer any questions that arise.
