Feedback:
The women at this place are rude and will RIP you off. Brought in priority mail Express and they want to charge 4 dollars more and downgrade to priority mail. Mention it cost 26 and it is overnight told take it or go somewhere else it doesn't bother me. Let me point out one thing it was a priority mail EXPRESS not a regular priority mail went to USPS and shipped it same day as this issue and it was guaranteed to reach destination today at 3pm.

MaryAnn is a mail/customer service/notary public ninja! It just doesn't get any better than this. My packages always arrive on time. I cannot say enough good things! THANK YOU FOR THE EXTRA-MILE SERVICE!
Feedback:
Do NOT use this store "Goin' Postal" 952 Golf House Rd W Whitsett, NC 27377. Beware of dropping off items at this store to be shipped. I dropped off a package with a prepaid label. I received a "drop off receipt" with a tracking #. The company I sent the package to never received it. When I looked up the tracking # it stated that it was never picked up from Goin Postal. When I called Goin Postal the owner told me, "UPS is a little misleading with their tracking. FedEx will show that a package was scanned at my store, UPS only shows its departure from Greensboro to its final destination. That is not good ... Will get this straighten out one way or another." The problem is that UPS has no record of picking it up and Goin Postal has no documentation that it gave UPS the package. The last documentation (the drop off receipt) of where the package was located is at the store (Going Postal). The owner refuses to take responsibility for losing the package and now I have to pay $248 for that package that was lost by Goin Postal.
