Their customer service is outstanding - everyone from the sales representative, the demo staff, installation staff, and phone support have been incredibly warm and kind, really listening and customizing the product to my company's needs. They provide high quality products at competitive prices, and, unlike some companies in the tech/service sector, they communicate their expertise without talking down to the customer.
