BEWARE OF THIS FIRM!!! I WAS GIVEN A PRICE FOR TAX SERVICE, THEN IT WAS MORE WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY TAXES BACK AFTER 3 WEEKS. MIKE DID AN AMENDMENT FOR ME. HE CHARGED ME 50.00, I SENT MY AMENDMENT IN TO THE STATE AND THE STATE SAID I HAD NO ADDITIONAL MONEY COMING TO ME. POOR TAX ADVISOR IF YOU ASK ME. ANYWAYS I ASKED MIKE FOR A REFUND FOR 50.00 THAT I WASTED, HE AGREED THAT HE WOULD SEND IT BACK TO ME, BUT NEVER DID. HE ALSO NEVER EVER RETURNS ANY PHONE CALLS. HE ALSO ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT THE REFUND. POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. MY BOSS HAD BEEN USING HIM AS WELL, BUT REFUSES TO ANY LONGER DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS. IF ANYONE NEEDS TAX SERVICE, I SUGGEST TO GO ELSEWHERE.
