Feedback:
I understand that their job must be extremely difficult, especially dealing with irate people and the number of people. But no one ever picks up the phone or responds to general voicemail. There is one employee that constantly loses paperwork I turn in directly to the office, and I am glad I kept the receipts to provide that it was turned in. I also am told I need one form by one employee and that I don't need it by another employee. There is no consistency, and I am often worried that their inconsistency is causing my benefits to be dropped throughout the year....which does happen.
