Absolutely horrible with communication. I leave messages after messages to transfers that go directly to vmail. No one EVER calls back. EVER! I even try to reach them during work on my breaks but still no answers!!! Even when I asked for a “warm transfer” from the receptionist to ensure I got someone, she refused!!! I only get $25 a month in food stamps. I need every penny. I have no children and I’m not on drugs and was told via email that green county doesn’t invest in single family homes with those circumstances. I am beyond depressed that I have to rely on such a horrendous, unprofessional, careless group of people to receive help...who no doubt have a higher food budget of $25.
