ONLY GIVING 5 STARS BECAUSE OF MR. ROBY. I made 3 calls up there in the course of two hours and was cut off mid sentence by reception, sent to 3 different caseworkers voicemail and MR. ROBY was the last one I left a voicemail for and he called me back within 10 minutes. THANK GOD FOR HIM. I had a deadline and not one person could answer a question for me, and he answered every question, was completely calm, polite and helpful. And so friendly. I had been calling the week before, and could not get calls back.(I am on disability and cant drive to get to the office.) Greene county needs to get it together, and hire more people like Mr. Roby.
