It’s disappointing how this organization moves forward with there application process. In my experience I have never came across a company where they judge anyone’s background and how they don’t understand no one is perfect, people make mistakes, and people change for the better who has that desire in pursing there journey for an organization they had interviewed and applied for and who are willing to do there best at. Personally I don’t agree with there “policy” it is not fair for anyone. In my opinion they should improve their decision making standards.
